The interdisciplinary methodology that Latitude has constructed and employed in recent researches will be critically presented at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Tongji University (Shanghai, China) on April 18.

The lecture intends to feed the debate about the role of the urban designer in relation to other fields of knowledge. This is of a particular interest in the Chinese context where design projects and researches based on the careful reading of the context and its transformations might appear to be not as urgent as the demand of new (or re-) developments, as well as the quest for resilience seems to be still a niche discussion.
