Ilot d’Eau & Brusseau at Parsons, NY

Ilot d’Eau & Brusseau at Parsons, NY

On the 21st of November, Latitude (Marco Ranzato) is invited to discuss the project Ilot d’Eau at the course Infrastructure & Social Compact led by William Morrish at Parsons School of Design, The New School. The presentation will comprise both the first phase conducted in the frame of the wider project Chamins de Solidaires de l’Eau for the Contrat de Quartier Abbaye, and the second phase only just begun as part of the Innoviris Co-Create project Brusseau.
The presentation elaborated together with Andrea Aragone will take the form of an open discussion. The purpose is to get feedbacks about the next steps of the project which main aim is to meet environmental and social ecologies at once: the implementation of collective actions for better use of water resources carried out by the inhabitants of the Brussels building blocks.
The course Infrastructure & Social Compact proposes an expanded look upon urban infrastructure as a whole social and ecological network.
