On July, 18th Latitude with PILA 40 is going to introduce the lecture on the project CALAMITA/À – Investigations and Researches on the Vajont Territories by Gianpaolo Arena and Marina Caneve.

The project CALAMITA/À is a territorial survey tool that through a planned research wants to study in depth the ongoing transformations in the region, generate debates, reveal weaknesses, attract interest and knowledge around a place that has still to be well defined. Morphology, orography, infrastructures, social context, are only some of the analised topics. Art, sociology, urbanism and photography contribute to the definition of territorial identity with an open multidisciplinary approach. Thanks to a plurality of points of view CALAMITA/À wants the territory becomes a laboratory and a favoured observation place.
