Today, Latitude is going to present some of the results of its recent investigations during one of the seminars on advanced geography of the Doctoral School on Geography (http://ees.kuleuven.be/geography/index.html) at the Katholieke Universiteit of Leuven, Belgium. The research findings will be illustrated emphasizing the specific role played by the different tools – video interviews, info graphics, mapping, scenarios etc.- employed in the research by design process. In Latitude’s view they are sources and producers of knowledge thanks to a constant effort of interdisciplinary exchange.

Latitude is specifically asked to contribute to the discussion about the possibilities of bridging the gap between social and physical geography addressing the purpose of the platform who seeks to develop integrated, sustainable and socially inclusive proposals.
