Atelier Wet Bodies – Ilot d’Eau Le Retour
Wet Bodies is an experimental workshop approaching the challenges of participatory practices in contemporary urbanism and architecture. This educational activity is organised in the frame of the Semaine d’Innovation Pédagogique of the Faculty of Architecture la Cambre Horta, Université lbre de Bruxelles. During this week, Latitude Platform will work in St. Antoine (Forest, Brussels) together with the young artist Céline de Vos, two engineers of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a social sciences expert, and the students of La Cambre Horta. We will implement a number of actions in the neighbourhood in order to come into contact with the residents and understand what value water has for them. Wet Bodies will be hosted at the Wiels Museum between the 26th and the 29th of March.
Wet Bodies is an initiative of Ilot d’Eau Le Retour, a co-design project part of Brusseau—Bruxelles sensible à l’eau, an action-research programme funded by Innoviris (Co-Create, 2017–2019).
